What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit insurance certificates upon the annual renewal of the policies and all health and safety inspection reports. These reports are part of the required submissions under Section 6.2 of the franchise agreement.
If a Cinnaholic franchisee fails to submit these reports or other required information by the deadline, Cinnaholic may charge a late submission fee of $100.00. This fee underscores the importance of timely compliance with reporting requirements.
All reports and information should be sent to Cinnaholic's franchise department. Franchisees should ensure they are aware of the annual renewal date for their insurance policies to accurately submit the required certificates and health and safety reports on time to avoid late fees and maintain compliance with the franchise agreement.
