What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a manager ceases active employment at the bakery, the franchisee must notify Cinnaholic within 5 days of the manager's departure. Furthermore, the franchisee is required to enroll a qualified replacement in the initial management training program within 30 days of the manager's employment cessation.
This requirement ensures that each Cinnaholic location maintains a trained manager who has successfully completed the initial management training program at all times during operating hours. This is crucial for maintaining the brand's standards and operational efficiency.
Cinnaholic, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive all or a portion of the training program required. This flexibility allows Cinnaholic to consider the experience and qualifications of the replacement manager, potentially reducing the training burden on the franchisee. Franchisees should communicate promptly with Cinnaholic regarding any manager departures to ensure compliance and minimize any disruption to the bakery's operations.
