According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Developer is responsible for locating proposed sites for Cinnaholic Bakeries. Upon selecting a site, the Developer must promptly submit to Cinnaholic the site, demographic, and other data and information about the proposed site as reasonably requested by Cinnaholic, utilizing such forms as may be required by Cinnaholic. The developer must also submit a copy of any lease, sublease, or purchase agreement to be entered into in connection with the acquisition of such site.
