What must the Architectural Firm furnish to Cinnaholic for written approval?

According to Cinnaholic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Architectural Firm you hire must furnish a proposed preliminary site and construction plans and specifications to Cinnaholic for their written approval. These plans and specifications must be adopted from the prototype plans provided by Cinnaholic. Once accepted, these plans cannot be modified, altered, or changed without Cinnaholic's prior written consent.

This requirement ensures that all Cinnaholic bakeries maintain a consistent brand image and meet the company's standards for construction and design. As a franchisee, you are responsible for signing any agreements required to obtain the services of the Architectural Firm and for paying for all services provided by them.

Cinnaholic also retains the option to approve or deny your choice of Architectural Firm. In connection with any request, you and the proposed Architectural Firm must submit all information and data as Cinnaholic may require to consider the request. Cinnaholic reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee in connection with evaluating a request to use a proposed Architectural Firm and may deny a request for any reason, including their determination to limit the number of approved Architectural Firms.
