What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Churchs Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, the purpose of the Cajun Global LLC Disclosure Questionnaire is to determine if any unauthorized, untrue, inaccurate, or misleading statements or promises were made to the prospective franchisee. Cajun Global LLC, the franchisor, aims to ensure that franchisees are entering the agreement based on accurate and authorized information.
This questionnaire is part of Churchs Chicken's process to verify that franchisees have not been given any misleading information during the franchise sales process. It helps protect both the franchisee and the franchisor by ensuring transparency and adherence to the information provided in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
However, the document explicitly states that this questionnaire does not apply to franchise offers or sales involving residents of Maryland or if the franchised restaurant is to be located in Maryland. Franchisees in other states should carefully review and honestly answer the questions in the questionnaire to ensure they have a clear understanding of the franchise agreement and have not relied on any unauthorized representations.
