All notices, demands and any other communications by either party to the other in connection with this Sublease shall be in writing and shall be delivered by personal delivery, by nationally recognized overnight courier service, or by certified U.S. Mail, return receipt requested, to the parties at the addresses set out below or at such other addresses as may be specified by written notice delivered in accordance herewith. All notices shall be effective upon receipt thereof. Notices sent via certified U. S. mail with return receipt requested are effective on the earliest of the date received, the date of the delivery receipt, or the third day after postmark, as applicable.
