Cajun Funding Corp. ("Cajun Funding"), an affiliate of Cajun, owns the "Church's", "Church's Chicken" and "Church's Texas Chicken" trade names and trademarks, along with such other trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and other indicia of origin, as are now, or may in the future, be designated by Cajun Funding for use in connection with the System (collectively, the "Proprietary Marks").
Pursuant to a license agreement, Cajun Funding has granted to Cajun the exclusive right to use and license others to use the Proprietary Marks.
Cajun Funding and Cajun continue to develop, use, and control the use of the Proprietary Marks in order to identify for the public the source of services and products marketed under the Proprietary Marks in the System and to represent the System's high standards of quality, appearance, and service.
Under a management agreement ("Management Agreement") between Cajun and Cajun Operating Company ("Cajun Operating"), Cajun Operating Company will, at all times acting on behalf of Cajun, fulfill all of Cajun's duties and obligations under this Agreement.
Cajun Operating employs all the persons who will provide services to Franchisee on Cajun's behalf under the terms of this Agreement.

This includes employing individuals who will provide services to the franchisee on behalf of Cajun, ensuring consistent management and service delivery within the Churchs Chicken franchise system.
