In order to encourage the development of new franchised Church's Texas Chicken restaurants by franchisees who satisfy Cajun's financial requirements for new development, Cajun has implemented a development incentive program (the "Platinum Incentive Plan") for franchised Church's Texas Chicken restaurants ("Franchised Restaurants") that are developed pursuant to a Church's Texas Chicken Development Agreement that provides for the development of a minimum of five Franchised Restaurants within 5 years (the "Development Agreement").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Churchs Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cajun has implemented the "Platinum Incentive Plan" to encourage the development of new franchised Church's Texas Chicken restaurants. This plan is designed for franchisees who meet Cajun's financial requirements and commit to developing a minimum of five franchised restaurants within five years under a Church's Texas Chicken Development Agreement.
To be eligible for the Platinum Incentive Plan, a developer must open their first franchised restaurant within one year of the Development Agreement's date. Failure to meet this deadline disqualifies the developer from receiving any benefits under the plan. If the first restaurant is opened on time, the incentives apply to the second through fifth restaurants, provided each subsequent restaurant opens within one year of the previous one and in full compliance with the Development Schedule and Agreement.
The Platinum Incentive Plan Incentives cannot be combined with other franchise fee or royalty incentives. Cajun retains the discretion to offer or not offer these incentives to developers who acquire existing Church's Texas Chicken restaurants from other franchisees. Franchisees will also execute a Development Incentive Program Addendum to the Franchise Agreement to document the Royalty Fee Reduction benefits of the Platinum Incentive Plan.
