What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Churchs Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must execute a delivery agreement with the Delivery and Catering Company/Companies no later than 30 days after the execution of the Franchise Agreement. This requirement is contingent upon Churchs Chicken mandating participation in delivery and catering programs and if such programs are available in the area surrounding the Franchised Restaurant.

This means that if Churchs Chicken requires participation in delivery and catering programs, the franchisee is obligated to enter into a delivery agreement with the specified companies within 30 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. This ensures that the franchisee is prepared to offer delivery and catering services promptly after starting operations, aligning with Churchs Chicken's standards for these programs.

If Churchs Chicken does not provide the delivery agreement to the franchisee, the franchisee is responsible for providing a copy of the agreement to Churchs Chicken. Furthermore, the franchisee grants Churchs Chicken an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use the data arising from the franchisee's participation in the Delivery and Catering Programs. The franchisee must also ensure that the Delivery and Catering Company/Companies provide reporting to Churchs Chicken in the required form and frequency and adhere to the 3rd Party Delivery Program standards as communicated by Churchs Chicken.
