Specifically, Exhibit C contains the Franchise Agreement. Exhibit D includes the Amendment to Franchise Agreement for Convenience Stores and Travel Plazas. Exhibit E contains the Amendment to Franchise Agreement for Co-Branded Restaurants. Exhibit F includes the Renewal Addendum. Exhibit G contains the Development Agreement (Non-Exclusive). Exhibit H contains the Amendment to Development Agreement (Exclusive). Exhibit Q contains the Sublease. Exhibit R contains the Addendum to Lease Agreement.
