Incentive Programs. We are currently offering a "Platinum Incentive Plan" to celebrate the 70th anniversary of our brand. Qualified franchisees must sign a Development Agreement with a 5-year term and include a minimum of 5 Restaurants, with at least 1 Restaurant opened each year from the date of the Development Agreement. Simultaneously with your signing of the Development Agreement, you will sign a Platinum Incentive Program Addendum to the Development Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit S. The Restaurants developed under that Development Agreement will receive the reduced Development Fee, Initial Franchise Fee, and Royalty Fee as described in the table below:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Churchs Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Platinum Incentive Program Addendum to the Development Agreement is found in Exhibit S. To qualify for the Platinum Incentive Plan, franchisees must sign a Development Agreement with a 5-year term and commit to opening a minimum of 5 restaurants, with at least one restaurant opening each year from the date of the Development Agreement.
Franchisees who meet these requirements will sign the Platinum Incentive Program Addendum simultaneously with the Development Agreement. This addendum, detailed in Exhibit S, outlines reduced Development Fees, Initial Franchise Fees, and Royalty Fees for restaurants developed under the agreement.
Existing franchisees must be in good standing to qualify for the Platinum Incentive Plan. Additionally, when franchisees sign the Franchise Agreement for each eligible restaurant developed and opened according to the Development Schedule and Platinum Incentive Plan requirements, they will also sign a Platinum Incentive Program Addendum to the Franchise Agreement, which is also found in Exhibit S. Churchs Chicken retains the right to offer greater financial incentives for Development Agreements committing to more than 10 restaurants. The Platinum Incentive Plan cannot be combined with other franchise fee or royalty incentives, and its availability for acquired restaurants is at Churchs Chicken's discretion.
