Besides the restrictions mentioned, does Churchs Chicken impose other limitations on goods/services franchisees can offer?

You may offer for sale at the Restaurant only products and menu items that meet our standards and have been approved in writing by us for sale. See Item 8 for details. You also must offer for sale all menu items that we specify in the Manual or otherwise in writing. You must refrain from selling any products and menu items that we have not approved or for which we have withdrawn approval. We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, disapprove the sale of certain items, and you must stop selling those items on written notice from us to do so.
You may offer products and menu items for sale at whatever price you want. You are not bound by any sales price that we recommend or suggest.
Except as described above, we do not impose any restrictions in the Development Agreement, Franchise Agreement, or otherwise, limiting the goods or services that you may offer for sale or limiting the customers to whom you may sell. However, you may only sell products and menu items from the Restaurant and nowhere else without our prior written approval.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Churchs Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees face specific restrictions on the products and menu items they can sell. Franchisees are only allowed to offer products and menu items that meet Churchs Chicken's standards and have been approved in writing. Conversely, franchisees must offer all menu items that Churchs Chicken specifies in the manual or in writing. They must also stop selling any products and menu items that Churchs Chicken has not approved or has withdrawn approval for, and Churchs Chicken can disapprove the sale of certain items at any time.

Outside of the above restrictions, Churchs Chicken does not impose any further limitations on the goods or services that franchisees may offer or the customers to whom they may sell, as long as they only sell approved products and menu items from the Restaurant and nowhere else without prior written approval from Churchs Chicken.
