Training classes will be scheduled in accordance with the needs of new franchisees. We anticipate holding training classes in advance of the opening of the franchisee's location, doing so remotely, at a corporate location, and at the franchisee's location once sufficient build-out has been completed and close to being open, as elaborated on in the additional questions below. I. On-site opening support. We will have a representative provide on-site support for one week in connection with your business opening. (Section 5.4).

If you request, we will provide advice to you (by telephone or electronic communication) regarding improving and developing your business, and resolving operating problems you encounter, to the extent we deem reasonable. If we provide in-person support in response to your request, we may charge a fee (currently $600 per day) plus any out-of-pocket expenses (such as travel, lodging, and meals for our employees providing onsite support).
