- D. Necessary equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies. We will provide you a list of our specifications and approved suppliers for signs, fixtures, opening supplies necessary to open your business. (Section 5.4) We do not provide these items directly; we only provide the names of approved suppliers. We do not deliver or install these items.
- E. Equipment and Inventory. We will provide you the equipment and inventory directly through us. We will deliver and install these items.
- F. Brand Standards Manual. We will give you access to our Brand Standards Manual (Section 5.1).
- G. Initial Training Program. We will conduct our initial training program. (Section 5.4). The current initial training program is described below.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chocolate Fish Coffee does not directly provide the necessary fixtures to open your business. Instead, Chocolate Fish Coffee will provide a list of specifications and approved suppliers for the required fixtures.
As a franchisee, you will be responsible for purchasing these items from the approved suppliers. Chocolate Fish Coffee will not deliver or install these fixtures. However, Chocolate Fish Coffee will provide a set of standard building plans and specifications, along with recommended floor plans and specifications for required décor to aid in constructing, remodeling, or decorating the premises.
It is also your responsibility to ensure the premises conform to local ordinances and building codes and to obtain any required permits. Chocolate Fish Coffee is not obligated to assist with this aspect of opening your Chocolate Fish Coffee franchise.
