Specifically, Chocolate Fish Coffee will provide suggested staffing levels, suggested guidelines for hiring employees, and operational instructions in the Brand Standards Manual that franchisees can use as part of training new employees.

In addition to the operational instructions, Chocolate Fish Coffee also provides an initial training program. The training program includes both classroom and on-the-job training.
