According to Chesters' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Chesters offers advice regarding operating the Restaurant and new developments, techniques, and improvements in areas of restaurant management, food preparation, sales promotion, and service. This support is provided both before the Restaurant opens and during its operation.
Prior to opening, Chesters provides information about the Restaurant's layout requirements and signs, reviews and approves the franchisee's plans and specifications, conducts a restaurant-readiness review assessment, and provides access to confidential manuals. Chesters also offers an initial brand standard training program for the franchisee and their employees.
During the Restaurant's operation, Chesters continues to provide advice and support, periodic brand standard training programs, point-of-purchase materials, and periodic inspections of the Restaurant. Franchisees also benefit from the use of Chesters' marks and confidential information. This ongoing support aims to help franchisees stay updated with the latest industry developments and maintain consistent standards in restaurant management and service.
