- (b) Marketing Support Fee. You must pay us a $200 fee four (4) times per year on the dates we designate for a combination of physical marketing materials that we will prepare and periodically send to you, as well as digital marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the Location. Payment is due by credit card or ACH transfer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Chesters's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a marketing support fee. Chesters initially charges $200 four times per year for marketing materials and digital campaigns. In addition to this initial fee, Chesters may implement special offerings or promotions for which they may send supplemental marketing materials, costing up to $200 per special offering or promotion.
Chesters retains the right to increase the quarterly marketing support fee. However, Chesters must provide franchisees with 90 days' prior written notice before increasing the fee.
The maximum that Chesters can charge per quarter for the marketing support fee is $325. This fee covers both physical and digital marketing efforts aimed at building brand awareness and driving traffic to the franchisee's location.
