According to Chesters's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, once Chesters determines that the restaurant has satisfactorily completed the restaurant readiness review process, certain employees, the number and level of which Chesters may specify, must satisfactorily complete the initial brand standard training program at the location before the restaurant may begin operations. Payment is due by credit card or ACH transfer once Chesters notifies the franchisee of the failed inspection.
