You will operate the Restaurant in compliance with our confidential manuals, policy statements, directives, bulletins and memoranda that contain prescribed or recommended standards, procedures, policies and advice (collectively, the "Manuals").

The Manuals and the information they contain are proprietary and confidential, and you must use reasonable efforts to maintain their confidentiality.

You may not during or after this Agreement's term communicate, divulge, or use for anyone else's benefit any confidential information, knowledge, or know-how concerning the Chester's System.

We and you agree that any materials, guidance, or assistance that we provide with respect to employment-related policies or procedures, whether in the Manuals or otherwise, are solely for your optional use.

Those materials do not form part of the mandatory operational standards.
