Does Capriottis Sandwich Shop have regularly scheduled training programs?

We may adjust the training schedule based on the participant's progress. We conduct the restaurant and classroom training as needed. There are no regularly scheduled training programs. Instructional materials include CAP University online, the 1Huddle mobile app, recipes and system procedure binders, and the Manual.
Your Managing Owner and 1 additional employee must attend and complete our full initial training program to our satisfaction. All franchisees must complete the training program, which is approximately 5 weeks in length (1 week of virtual training and 4 weeks of in-shop training).
If we determine during the franchise term, whether after an inspection or otherwise, that retraining or additional training is necessary because the Restaurant is not operating in compliance with our standards and specifications, we have the right at any time during the franchise term to require your Managing Owner and other managerial personnel to participate in and successfully complete an extensive onsite retraining program at the Restaurant for up to 6 weeks. We may charge you $10,000 for this retraining or additional training.
