We have audited the consolidated financial statements of Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the Company), which comprise the consolidated balance sheets as of December 29, 2024 and December 31, 2023, and the related consolidated statements of operations, stockholders' deficit, and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the consolidated financial statements.
In our opinion, the accompanying consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as of December 29, 2024 and December 31, 2023, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
