Your Managing Owner and 1 additional employee must attend and complete our full initial training program to our satisfaction. (Franchise Agreement Sections 8.20 and 8.21.) All franchisees must complete the training program, which is approximately 5 weeks in length (1 week of virtual training and 4 weeks of in-shop training). We expect you to complete all pre-opening required training approximately 4 weeks before your Restaurant opens. We will conduct training at our designated headquarters and/or at a designated CAPRIOTTI'S SANDWICH SHOP training restaurant.
