Post-Opening Obligations
- Supplemental Training – We may require that you and your Operating Manager participate in supplemental on-site training that we may designate and require in our discretion. We may provide, in our discretion, supplemental training on-site at your Spa Location. You will be required to pay our then current
supplemental training fee, which is currently $800 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel expenses, meals and accommodation expenses incurred by us. (Franchise Agreement, Article 4.A.);

- Initial Training for Replacement Operating and Employee Manager(s) Your Operating Manager and designated employee managers must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager and employee managers our initial training program which must be complete to our satisfaction. The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our C3 Wellness located in Kissimmee, Florida and at the certified training C3 Wellness that we designate in Kissimmee, Florida.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, C3 Wellness Spa may require franchisees and their Operating Managers to participate in supplemental on-site training at their discretion. This supplemental training may be provided at the franchisee's Spa Location.
If C3 Wellness Spa requires a franchisee or their Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training, the franchisee will be required to pay C3 Wellness Spa's then-current supplemental training fee. Currently, this fee is $800 per on-site trainer per day, in addition to covering the costs of travel, meals, and accommodations incurred by C3 Wellness Spa.
Additionally, after the opening of a C3 Wellness Spa location, C3 Wellness Spa reserves the right to require the franchisee (or their Managing Owner, if the franchisee is a corporate entity) to attend a system-wide training program. This program will be offered at C3 Wellness Spa's affiliate-owned location in Kissimmee, Florida, or at a designated training location. The franchisee is responsible for all travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages incurred in connection with attending the system-wide training program. C3 Wellness Spa will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.
