What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Development Territory is designated under a Multi-Unit Development Agreement. If a franchisee enters into this agreement with C3 Wellness Spa, the spa locations they develop must be within the specified Development Territory.
Once the franchisee selects a location within the Development Territory that C3 Wellness Spa approves, the Designated Territory for each spa location will be defined within each respective Franchise Agreement. This approval process uses C3 Wellness Spa's then-current site criteria.
This means that franchisees interested in developing multiple C3 Wellness Spa locations need to sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement to secure a Development Territory. The agreement ensures that all locations are within a defined area, subject to the franchisor's approval and site criteria.
