What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the supervision of Non-Physician Medical Personnel by the Practice must adhere to specific standards. This supervision includes on-site oversight and the delegation of duties.

The supervision must be consistent with state and federal laws, regulations, certifications, and generally accepted community standards. This means a C3 Wellness Spa franchisee must ensure that all supervisory practices align with the legal and professional norms applicable in their location.

Non-Physician Medical Personnel are also subject to the reasonable instructions, directions, and policies of the Practice while performing their duties. This ensures that while the Manager may handle employment and compensation, the Practice maintains control over the day-to-day operations and quality of service provided by these personnel, within the bounds of applicable laws and standards.
