What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the brand utilizes specific business formats to define and identify its franchise operations. The FDD outlines two primary formats for a C3 Wellness Spa Location Franchise. These formats dictate how a franchisee can develop and operate their business under the C3 Wellness Spa brand.

The first format involves the franchisee directly owning and operating a spa that provides approved spa products and services under the licensed marks, adhering to the standards of the C3 Wellness Spa system. This is a traditional franchise model where the franchisee manages all aspects of the spa's operations. The second format allows the franchisee to own and operate a management business, referred to as a Spa Management Business, which provides management, marketing, and spa facility-based services to medical practices and licensed professionals. These professionals are authorized to offer and provide approved spa products and services at a spa operated by them or their professional corporation.

These business formats are crucial for prospective franchisees as they determine the scope and nature of their involvement with the C3 Wellness Spa brand. Understanding these formats helps franchisees align their business model with their qualifications, local regulations, and business objectives. The distinction between these formats also impacts the services offered and the operational structure of the franchise, ensuring that C3 Wellness Spa maintains a consistent brand identity and service quality across all locations.
