Does C3 Wellness Spa require that the Managing Owner of the franchise be approved by the franchisor?

After the opening of your Spa Location Franchise we reserve the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned C3 Wellness in Kissimmee, Florida or a designated training location and you will be responsible for all travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the opening of your Spa Location Franchise, C3 Wellness Spa reserves the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program.
This means that if you operate your C3 Wellness Spa franchise through a corporation or other legal entity, C3 Wellness Spa may require your Managing Owner to attend a system-wide training program after the spa opens. This training is at C3 Wellness Spa's discretion.
The System-Wide Training Program will be offered from C3 Wellness Spa's affiliate owned location in Kissimmee, Florida, or a designated training location. The franchisee is responsible for all travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages incurred in connection with attendance.
