Hiring and Training of Employees We do not provide assistance with the hiring of your employees. You will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of your employees. For the protection of the System, you must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with our approved System branded apparel and uniforms including, but not limited to the apparel and uniforms comprising System Supplies and comprising a portion of the Initial Supply Inventory required prior to the opening of your Spa. You must monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Spa Products and Services are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals; and

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, C3 Wellness Spa does not provide assistance with the hiring of employees for the franchised business. The franchisee is directly responsible for the management and supervision of their employees.
However, C3 Wellness Spa does outline certain requirements related to employees. Franchisees must ensure that all employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Spa Products and Services are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and manuals.
While C3 Wellness Spa does not assist with hiring, they do provide initial and supplemental training programs for the Operating Manager and designated employee managers, which must be completed to their satisfaction. The initial training program is held at designated C3 Wellness locations in Kissimmee, Florida. The franchisee is responsible for the supplemental training fee, which is currently $800 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by C3 Wellness Spa.
