What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay a Security System Fee of $50 per month. This fee is invoiced monthly and is due with the first royalty payment of each month. Payments can be made via ACH or directly to the vendor.
C3 Wellness Spa retains the right to increase this fee if their suppliers increase pricing or if new technology is introduced. This means that the franchisee's monthly expenses for the security system could potentially rise during the term of the franchise agreement.
It is important to note that the Security System Fee is separate from other fees associated with point of sale systems, such as credit card processing fees and other integrations like online ordering, customer rewards, and gift cards. These additional fees would be the responsibility of the franchisee.
