Note 7: Technology Fee – The continuing monthly technology fee is an administrative fee and is not associated with any particular service but is used, at our discretion, to defray some of our costs related to system website, intranet, and other technology related expenses that we may designate. Currently we do not charge a monthly Technology Fee but reserve the right to implement one at any time in the future provided that the monthly Technology Fee shall not exceed $500 per month.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology fee is currently not assessed, but C3 Wellness Spa reserves the right to implement one in the future. If implemented, the monthly Technology fee will not exceed $500 per month. This fee is an administrative fee and is not associated with any particular service. C3 Wellness Spa will use the fee to defray some of their costs related to the system website, intranet, and other technology-related expenses.
While the fee is currently not being charged, prospective franchisees should be aware that C3 Wellness Spa can implement it at any time. Franchisees will be invoiced monthly for this fee and it will be payable to C3 Wellness Spa or their designated supplier.
It is important to note that this Technology fee is separate from the Security System Fees and POS System fees, which are also charged monthly. Franchisees should factor in the potential of this additional $500 monthly fee when assessing the overall costs of operating a C3 Wellness Spa franchise.
