Note 6: Security System, POS System – You must maintain and utilize the security system, and point of sale systems (collectively, the "System Fees") that we designate from time to time, currently consists of the following systems: (i) a POS System consisting of Mindbody and Prompt; and (ii) a security system consisting of the ADT system. The System Fees are the current monthly license fee to access the point of sale systems, and security system that we designate. We may increase this fee with 30 days' notice if our suppliers increase the price or we otherwise incur new technology expenses. The System Fees do not include other fees associated with point of sale systems such as credit card processing fees and other integrations such as online ordering, customer rewards, and gift cards.
