What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must develop and operate their spa location franchise according to the "System" that C3 Wellness Spa has established. This system is defined as a distinctive and proprietary method for the non-medical development, management, and operation of a spa. The spa offers facial treatments, medical spa services, IV vitamin therapy, massage therapy, physical therapy, cosmetic services, topical skin treatments, essential oils, and other related services and retail products under the Licensed Marks.

The C3 Wellness Spa system includes two potential operational models for franchisees. The first involves the franchisee owning and operating a spa that provides approved spa products and services under the Licensed Marks, adhering to the System's requirements. The second model entails the franchisee owning and operating a management business, referred to as a "Spa Management Business," which offers management, marketing, and spa facility-based services to medical practices and licensed professionals. These professionals are authorized to provide the approved spa products and services at a spa operated by them or their professional corporation.

In essence, a C3 Wellness Spa franchisee must implement and maintain the brand's established system for either direct spa operation or management services, ensuring consistent service delivery and brand representation. This adherence to the System is crucial for maintaining the quality and standards associated with the C3 Wellness Spa brand, and franchisees must be prepared to follow the franchisor's guidelines and operational procedures.
