The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our C3 Wellness located in Kissimmee, Florida and at the certified training C3 Wellness that we designate in Kissimmee, Florida. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for the replacement Operating Manager or employee managers, which is currently $800 per person per day for each replacement manager attending our initial training. According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program for replacement operating and employee managers is held at facilities designated by C3 Wellness Spa, which currently includes their C3 Wellness location in Kissimmee, Florida, and any certified training C3 Wellness location they designate in Kissimmee, Florida.
Franchisees should note that they are required to pay a supplemental training fee for replacement managers attending the initial training program. The current fee is $800 per person per day. Franchisees are also responsible for covering all costs incurred by their managers while attending the training, such as travel, lodging, and meals.
C3 Wellness Spa may also require franchisees and their operating managers to participate in supplemental on-site training, for which a fee of $800 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel, meals, and accommodation expenses, will be charged. Additionally, after opening a C3 Wellness Spa location, franchisees (or their Managing Owner, if a corporate entity) may be required to attend a system-wide training program at the affiliate-owned C3 Wellness in Kissimmee, Florida, or another designated training location. Franchisees are responsible for all associated travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages for this program, which cannot exceed five days in any calendar year.
