The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our C3 Wellness located in Kissimmee, Florida and at the certified training C3 Wellness that we designate in Kissimmee, Florida. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for the replacement Operating Manager or employee managers, which is currently $800 per person per day for each replacement manager attending our initial training. You will also be responsible for all costs incurred by your managers in attending our initial training (Franchise Agreement, Articles 4.A. and 7.J.);

- Communication of Operating Standards We may establish, update and provide you with consultations and communications, provided in writing, verbally or through other forms of media, as to the standards, procedures and System requirements as to the operation of your Spa Location Franchise including, but not limited to, Approved Spa Products and Services, System Supplies, marketing and promotion standards, and as we may, in our discretion, designate, modify, supplement and amend from time to time and as set forth in the Manuals which we may, in our discretion, modify from time to time. According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is conducted at facilities designated by C3 Wellness Spa, which currently includes their C3 Wellness location in Kissimmee, Florida, and any certified training C3 Wellness locations they designate in Kissimmee, Florida.
Initial training is provided for the franchisee or, if the franchisee is a corporation, their Managing Owner, plus one designated manager. This training must be completed to C3 Wellness Spa's satisfaction no later than 45 days before the spa location opens. The training program typically takes place over approximately two weeks, and C3 Wellness Spa usually schedules training sessions four to six times a year, or every eight to twelve weeks.
If a franchisee needs to replace an Operating Manager or employee managers, they will be required to pay a supplemental training fee, which is currently $800 per person per day for each replacement manager attending the initial training. The franchisee is also responsible for covering all costs incurred by their managers while attending the initial training, including travel and wages. Training for an unlicensed franchisee will focus on business operations, retail, and back-office functions, excluding any practices considered the practice of medicine.
