According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is generally not refundable. For a standard Franchise Agreement, the initial franchise fee is $45,000. For those entering into a Multi-Unit Development Agreement with C3 Wellness Spa, the initial franchise fee for the first spa remains $45,000 and is also non-refundable.
