What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees face specific requirements regarding websites and digital media. C3 Wellness Spa will designate information about the franchisee's spa location on the www.C3WellnessFranchise.com webpage, or other websites the franchisor designates.

Crucially, franchisees cannot use any websites, web-based media, or digital media unless C3 Wellness Spa expressly approves it in writing. The franchisor maintains strict control over website and digital media usage.

Furthermore, franchisees must assign all website media and digital media accounts to C3 Wellness Spa. This indicates that the franchisor wants to maintain complete control over the brand's online presence and marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all franchise locations.
