Answer from 2024 FDD Document

If this is your first Spa Location Franchise, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner plus one designated manager. You, or your Managing Owner, plus your one designated manager must successfully attend and complete the initial training program to our satisfaction no later than 45 days prior to the opening of your Spa Location Franchise. The initial training program takes place over an approximate two week period. We typically schedule training four to six times a year and every eight to 12 weeks. If more than six individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional persons attending initial training (Item 6). Although we provide you plus your general manager with initial training at no additional fee or charge, you will be responsible for paying for all travel expenses and employee wages that you incur in your initial training attendance and participation. (Franchise Agreement, Article 4). Currently, we provide our initial training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis. Training for an unlicensed franchisee will focus exclusively on the operation of the business, retail and back-office functions. It will not include training that could be considered the practice of medicine.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are a first-time franchisee, either you or your Managing Owner (if you are a Corporate Entity) along with one designated manager must attend the initial training program. This training must be successfully completed to C3 Wellness Spa's satisfaction no later than 45 days before the spa location opens.

The initial training program is approximately two weeks long, and C3 Wellness Spa typically schedules it four to six times a year, roughly every eight to twelve weeks. The training location is in Kissimmee, Florida. While C3 Wellness Spa does not charge an additional fee for the franchisee (or Managing Owner) and one manager to attend the initial training, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel expenses and employee wages incurred during training.

For franchisees without a professional license, the training will focus on business operations, retail, and back-office functions, excluding any content that could be considered medical practice. This ensures that all franchisees, regardless of their background, are well-prepared to manage the business aspects of their C3 Wellness Spa.
