What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is under the direction and supervision of the company's CEO, Crystal Bethea. Ms. Bethea has five years of experience operating affiliate-owned locations.
The FDD also states that the level of experience of the trainers will, at a minimum, include satisfactory completion of the initial training program. This suggests that while the CEO oversees the training, other trainers may also be involved, provided they have completed the program themselves.
Initial training will be conducted at C3 Wellness locations in Kissimmee, Florida, or at certified training locations also designated in Kissimmee, Florida. Franchisees (or their Managing Owner if the franchisee is a corporation) and one designated manager are required to attend and successfully complete this initial training program no later than 45 days prior to the spa's opening. The initial training program takes place over approximately two weeks and is typically scheduled four to six times a year, or every eight to twelve weeks. The franchisee is responsible for travel expenses and employee wages incurred during training.
