What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training is conducted under the direction and supervision of the CEO, Crystal Bethea. Ms. Bethea has five years of experience operating affiliate-owned locations.

For prospective franchisees, this means that the highest executive of C3 Wellness Spa is directly involved in overseeing the training program. This could be beneficial as it ensures the training aligns with the company's vision and standards. The trainers themselves must have satisfactorily completed the initial training program, ensuring a baseline level of competence.

In addition to the initial training, franchisees are required to participate in any other training programs that C3 Wellness Spa designates. This may include a System-Wide Training Program offered at the affiliate-owned C3 Wellness in Kissimmee, Florida, or another designated location. Franchisees are responsible for all travel, lodging, food, and employee wage expenses associated with attending the System-Wide Training Program, which cannot exceed five days in any calendar year.
