System Supplies Your Spa Location Franchise must maintain an initial and on-going inventory of System Supplies.
You must purchase the System Supplies exclusively from us, our affiliates, or our designated supplier.
The System Supplies includes, among other things, the supplies used to perform the services offered by a Spa and the retail products sold to Spa customers.
You must purchase your Initial Supply Inventory and your Initial Retail Inventory exclusively from us, our affiliate or approved supplier.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to C3 Wellness Spa's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must maintain an initial and ongoing inventory of 'System Supplies'. These System Supplies must be purchased exclusively from C3 Wellness Spa, its affiliates, or its designated supplier. The System Supplies include the supplies used to perform the services offered by the spa and the retail products sold to spa customers. Franchisees must purchase their Initial Supply Inventory and Initial Retail Inventory exclusively from C3 Wellness Spa, its affiliate, or an approved supplier.
C3 Wellness Spa requires franchisees to purchase or lease certain source restricted goods and services for the development and operation of their Spa Location Franchise. Source restricted goods and services are goods and services that must meet C3 Wellness Spa's specifications and/or must be purchased from an approved or designated supplier. C3 Wellness Spa may designate a supplier, which may include themselves or their affiliates, as the exclusive supplier for the System. C3 Wellness Spa's specifications and list of approved and designated suppliers are contained in their Manuals.
Prospective franchisees should note that C3 Wellness Spa may modify their standards and specifications for products and services based on their industry experience and management decisions. C3 Wellness Spa will notify franchisees of any changes to their specifications or list of approved or designated suppliers through various means, including written or electronic correspondence, amendments and updates to their Manuals, and verbal communication. This means that the specific items considered 'System Supplies' can change over time, and franchisees must stay updated with the latest communications from C3 Wellness Spa.
