What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the uniform methods, standards, and specifications that franchisees must adhere to are primarily detailed in the Manual. These standards are put in place to ensure that the highest degree of quality, service, and cleanliness is maintained across all Buona locations.
Buona franchisees are expected to operate their businesses in strict compliance with these methods, standards, and specifications. These guidelines are prescribed by Buona and may be communicated through the Manual or in writing. Franchisees must avoid any deviation from these standards to maintain the integrity of the brand and the System.
To further ensure compliance, Buona retains the right to conduct periodic inspections of the business premises and evaluations of the products and services offered at the franchised business. Franchisees are obligated to cooperate with these inspections and provide any assistance reasonably requested by Buona's representatives. This allows Buona to maintain consistent quality and protect its brand reputation across all franchise locations.
