- (g) Franchisee agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to remodel, reimage, renovate, refurbish and modernize the Franchised Business within six (6) months after execution of the thencurrent standard form of franchise agreement including but not limited to building design, parking lot, landscaping, equipment, point of sale system, signs, interior and exterior decor items, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, trade dress, color scheme, presentation of trademarks and service marks, supplies and other products and materials, to meet Franchisor's then-current standards, specifications and design criteria for Franchised Businesses, as contained in the then-current franchise agreement and Manuals (as defined in Article VII), or otherwise in writing including but not limited to such structural changes, remodeling and redecoration and such modifications to existing improvement as may be necessary to do so;
