Advisory Assistance. Franchisor will make available to Franchisee such continuing advisory assistance in the operation of the Franchised Business, in person or by electronic or written communications made available from time to time as Franchisor deems advisable.

According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Buona may provide location research and site selection assistance, including real estate and demographic analysis, as it deems advisable. However, this is subject to the availability of Buona's personnel. The FDD emphasizes that the final selection of a site for the Approved Location remains the sole responsibility of the franchisee.
While Buona may offer guidance, franchisees are ultimately responsible for finding and securing a location. Franchisees must submit a site evaluation form, a letter of intent, and a proposed lease to Buona for approval before entering into any lease agreements. Buona will then determine, at its discretion, whether to approve or disapprove the site based on factors such as the location's characteristics, the premises, and the financial terms of the proposed lease or purchase agreement.
Buona's approval of a site does not guarantee the success of the location. The FDD also states that while Buona may use its experience in providing assistance regarding site selection and in approving a site, this should not be interpreted as a guarantee of success for said location. This is a common disclaimer in franchise agreements, as the franchisor cannot control all factors that contribute to a location's success.
