What kind of advisory assistance will Buona provide regarding the operation of the Buona Business?

During your operation of your Buona Business, we or our designees:

- Will provide you periodic advisory assistance with respect to the operation of the Buona Business. (Franchise Agreement, Section 9.1).

- Will notify you about changes, additions, deletions and supplements to the Manual, all of which are incorporated into and become a part of the Manual, either in writing or by posting on our intranet or website (Franchise Agreement, Section VII). You are required to follow the Manual in the operation of the Buona Business and implement any changes of which we notify you.

- May provide additional training, seminars, meeting or webinars for franchisees and managers, and may hold national, regional and local conferences for franchisees to discuss updates to products, services, methods, operational standard, policies and procedures, and marketing and advertising (Franchise Agreement, Sections 8.4, 8.5 and 8.6).

- May periodically as we deem advisable, conduct directly or through third parties, inspections of your Buona Business and evaluate its operations (Franchise Agreement, Sections 5.11, 10.15 and 10.16).

- May provide you a page on or link to our Buona website for promotion of the Buona Business (Franchise Agreement, Section 9.6)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the operation of the Buona Business, Buona or its designees will provide periodic advisory assistance. This assistance pertains to the operation of the Buona Business, as outlined in Section 9.1 of the Franchise Agreement.
Additionally, Buona will notify franchisees of any changes, additions, deletions, and supplements to the Manual. These updates will be incorporated into the Manual either in writing or by posting on their intranet or website. Franchisees are required to adhere to the Manual and implement any changes communicated by Buona.
Buona may also offer additional training, seminars, meetings, or webinars for franchisees and managers. They may also hold national, regional, and local conferences for franchisees to discuss updates to products, services, methods, operational standards, policies, procedures, marketing, and advertising. Furthermore, Buona may periodically conduct inspections of the Buona Business, either directly or through third parties, to evaluate its operations. Finally, Buona may provide a page on or link to their website for the promotion of the Buona Business.
