What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must maintain sufficient inventory, supplies, and personnel to operate their Buona Business at maximum capacity and efficiency. This requirement ensures that the business can meet customer demand and maintain operational standards.

Buona also requires franchisees to maintain an inventory of approved products, materials, and supplies in sufficient quantity and variety to realize the full potential of the franchised business. This includes maintaining a sufficient inventory of proprietary products as specified by Buona. These proprietary products may need to be purchased from Buona or a limited number of authorized suppliers.

These stipulations ensure that Buona franchisees are well-equipped to meet customer needs and uphold the brand's standards. Failure to comply with these requirements could lead to operational inefficiencies and potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
