Buona also retains the right to mandate that franchisees cease offering delivery and/or catering services if they fail to maintain the brand's operational standards and specifications or if they are in default of their franchise agreement. This ensures that all Buona locations maintain a consistent level of service and quality, protecting the brand's reputation.

Furthermore, franchisees must adhere to Buona's current standards, specifications, and procedures for catering services as outlined in the manuals or in writing. This includes complying with all applicable health, sanitation, food handling, and food transportation requirements, as well as purchasing and maintaining the necessary vehicles, equipment, and supplies to meet Buona's standards. Franchisees are also restricted to offering catering services within a designated geographic area, which may differ from their protected area and can be adjusted by Buona at its discretion.
