All Buona products must be sold by Franchisee only from the Approved Location.
Franchisee may not use other channels of distribution such as the internet, catalog sales, telemarketing or other direct marketing to make sales outside of and apart from the operation of the Franchised Business at the Approved Location without Franchisor's prior written consent, which may be withheld by Franchisor in its sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to sell Buona products only from their approved location. To use other channels of distribution, a franchisee must obtain prior written consent from Buona.
Specifically, Buona franchisees are prohibited from using channels such as the internet, catalog sales, telemarketing, or other direct marketing methods to make sales outside of the operation of their franchised business at the approved location without first obtaining written consent from Buona. This consent may be withheld at Buona's sole discretion.
Additionally, franchisees are restricted in their digital marketing activities. They cannot establish websites, social media accounts, or domain names that incorporate Buona's marks, name, or initials without permission. Buona retains the sole right to control the Buona Website, social media postings, and all aspects of digital marketing related to the franchised business, unless they provide written consent allowing the franchisee to conduct digital marketing in compliance with Buona's guidelines.
