What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Buona Business offers a menu featuring items such as Italian beef sandwiches, pasta, burgers, hot dogs, salads, and desserts. In addition to offering these items at the restaurant, a Buona franchisee must also offer catering services to customers.

Offering catering services expands the potential revenue streams for a Buona franchise beyond traditional dine-in or delivery. This allows franchisees to tap into events, corporate gatherings, and other opportunities to provide food service.

Prospective franchisees should consider the resources and logistics required to operate a catering service, including staffing, transportation, and marketing. Understanding the demand for catering in their specific location will be crucial for success.
