Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Following your completion of the initial training program and prior to the opening of the Buona Business, we will send our representatives to your restaurant for onsite training and opening assistance. Our trainers will work with your operating owner and managers. The training will take place approximately 10 days before opening and 3 weeks after opening. However, the length of the training and the number of trainers will vary depending on whether you already own a Buona Business franchise, your prior restaurant business experience, and the quality and experience of the managers and staff that you have hired.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, following the completion of the initial training program, Buona will send representatives to the franchisee's restaurant for on-site training and opening assistance. This on-site support will occur approximately 10 days before the restaurant opens and will continue for about 3 weeks after opening.

The length of the training and the number of trainers sent to the location will vary. These variations depend on whether the franchisee already owns a Buona franchise, their prior restaurant business experience, and the quality and experience of the managers and staff that have been hired. This means that franchisees with less experience or those who are new to the Buona system may receive more extensive support than those who are experienced.

Prospective franchisees should consider the value of this on-site training and assistance, especially during the critical period surrounding the restaurant's opening. This support can help ensure a smooth launch and adherence to Buona's operational standards. Franchisees should inquire about the specific criteria used to determine the level of support provided to ensure they receive adequate assistance based on their individual needs and circumstances.
