What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Buona's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Buona System menu features Italian beef sandwiches and includes a variety of sandwiches, pasta, burgers, hot dogs, salads, and desserts. This defines the core offerings that a franchisee will be expected to provide.
Prospective franchisees should note that while the FDD specifies these items, Buona retains the right to modify the menu. Franchisees are obligated to adhere to the standardized menu to maintain brand consistency across all locations. This standardization is a common practice in franchising, ensuring customers receive a consistent experience regardless of location.
It is important for potential franchisees to understand that the success of their Buona franchise depends on adhering to the brand's established menu and operational standards. While there may be opportunities for innovation, the core menu items are the foundation of the business and contribute significantly to brand recognition and customer loyalty.
